Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy • We value your time and ours! Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your appointment with full service price still being the same. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment. Thank you for understanding and respecting our time!
